About the practice

EQUILIBRIUM Balance Performance Center, Physical Therapy, a PC has provided vestibular and neurologic rehabilitation in Ventura County since 2007. Our NeuroWellness approach combines custom exercise programming, wellness and lifestyle support, ongoing communication and accountability, and patient education. Our practice focuses on patients whose dizziness, imbalance or post-concussion symptoms have not resolved through general care. Appointments are scheduled directly with our office, and our team coordinates each patient's plan of care from the first call through discharge.

Every patient begins with a private, comprehensive evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. From there we build an individualized program of in-clinic treatment and home exercise, check in between visits, and adjust the plan as symptoms change. Our clinic is located in Ventura, California, and serves patients from across Ventura County and the surrounding communities.
