About the practice
EQUILIBRIUM Physical Therapy has provided vestibular and neurologic rehabilitation in Ventura County since 2007. Our NeuroWellness approach combines custom exercise programming, wellness and lifestyle support, ongoing communication and accountability, and patient education. Our practice focuses on patients whose dizziness, imbalance or post-concussion symptoms have not resolved through general care. Appointments are scheduled directly with our office, and our team coordinates each patient's plan of care from the first call through discharge.
